Can I customize the registration form fields?
Absolutely. The form is built with Jotform's drag-and-drop builder, so you can add, remove, or modify any field. The Base kit includes documentation showing you how. The Pro and Done-For-You tiers include customization as part of the service.
Does this work with my existing payment processor?
The kit supports Stripe, PayPal, and Square out of the box. If you use a different processor, the Pro tier includes integration configuration to connect it.
How does the waitlist work?
When a session reaches capacity, new registrations are automatically added to a waitlist. When a spot opens (cancellation or capacity increase), the next person on the list gets an automatic notification email with a link to complete their registration.
Can parents register multiple children at once?
Yes. The form includes a repeatable section where parents can add multiple children in a single submission, each with their own medical info and session selection.
Do I need a Jotform paid plan?
The automation features in this kit require a Jotform Bronze plan or higher. You can get a discounted Jotform plan through our partner link.
