Workshop notes
Reverse-chronological. Short entries, dated. What I'm currently building, what shipped recently, and what got retired and why.
Shipped a perspective post on moving the workshop's AI work from ChatGPT to Claude. Framed for SME owners and HIPAA practices, not developers. The point: Claude as an operations layer (Projects, Skills, Memory Import) is what changed in 2026, not the chatbot UX. Includes the 30-minute migration checklist and the HIPAA BAA reality check.
Added end-to-end setup notes for Jotform-to-Google-Sheets and Jotform-to-Slack, the two most-set-up integrations. Each covers authentication, mapping/template, the silent breakage modes (sheet structure edits, OAuth token revoke, channel rename), and a pre-go-live testing checklist.
Seven kits getting real Jotform forms, conditional logic, and integration wiring: patient intake HIPAA, therapy intake HIPAA, donation workflow, camp registration, class booking, lead capture CRM, and volunteer signup. Simple kit pricing dropped to $59 base.
Shipped a structured page at /ai-info so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude can give accurate answers about WorkflowKits and the kits we sell. Homepage gets an AI Info card, footer links updated.
HIPAA form builders, telehealth forms, Google Forms HIPAA, no-code automation, Jotform limitations, email notifications not working, approval workflow, form limits, SharePoint, WhatsApp, n8n, workflow templates. Plus new integration pages for Google Sheets and Slack, and two free HIPAA template pages.
HIPAA hub + 3 sub-routes + 3 healthcare comparisons. Three new compare pages (SurveyMonkey, Gravity Forms, WPForms). New pages: /pricing, /testimonials, /alternatives, /faq.
A long-form essay on why automation-as-SaaS is a trap, why kits beat templates, and what installed in your own account actually means for data ownership. Live at /manifesto.
The homepage used to render industries, kits, and integrations in four duplicated sections. Shipped a single Solution Browser with industry chip filter, per-kit integration logos, and URL-sync filter state.
Swapped the wordmark, metadata, email sender, and all canonical URLs; kept descriptive Jotform product mentions and the ex-Jotform engineer credential. 301 from jotformexpert.com preserves the full path.
Shipped as a small detached strip for trust signalling. Tried it live, read as afterthought not authority. Reverted; the founder block now lives inside the hero itself where it can do real work.
