Workshop notes
What's on the bench.
Reverse-chronological. Short entries, dated. What I'm currently building, what shipped recently, and what got retired and why.

Writing the WorkflowKits manifesto
A 1500-word long-form essay on why automation as SaaS is a trap, why kits beat templates, and what "installed in your own account" actually means for data ownership. Going in /manifesto when the draft reads right.
- Shipped
Solution Browser replaces three sections
The homepage used to render industries, kits, and integrations in four duplicated sections. Shipped a single Solution Browser with industry chip filter, per-kit integration logos, and URL-sync filter state. Net: the same kits, one canonical place to browse them.
- Shipped
Brand migrated from JotformExpert to WorkflowKits
Jotform's affiliate team flagged the old primary domain and business name as a trademark conflict. Swapped the wordmark, metadata, email sender, and all canonical URLs; kept descriptive Jotform product mentions and the ex-Jotform engineer credential. 301 from jotformexpert.com preserves the full path + query.
- Retired
WhoBuiltThis homepage byline
Shipped as a small detached strip for trust signalling. Tried it live, read as afterthought not authority. Reverted; the founder block now lives inside the hero itself where it can do real work.
