What is WorkflowKits?
Ready-to-run Jotform automation kits, installed in your own account. Each kit is a pre-built workflow (forms, logic, integrations, and automation) shaped for one specific operation. Built by a former Jotform engineer.
Who builds these kits?
Buri. Former Jotform engineer and product team lead (2020-2025). Five years inside the codebase. Now publishing the workflows I would have built for you.
What does done-for-you mean?
You tell me the workflow. I build it in your Jotform account: forms, conditional logic, email routing, integrations, payment setup, the works. You own everything. No ongoing subscription to me.
How much does a kit cost?
Self-serve kits are free to browse and replicate. Done-for-you customization starts with a free 20-minute call where I scope the work. Pricing depends on complexity, but I publish my rate ($75/hr) and give fixed quotes before starting.
Is Jotform HIPAA compliant?
Yes, on Gold and Enterprise plans. Jotform signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and offers end-to-end encryption, PHI field segmentation, and audit logs. Silver and below do not include HIPAA.
Do I need the HIPAA compliance feature enabled?
Yes. Having a Gold plan does not automatically make your forms HIPAA compliant. You must enable HIPAA compliance in your account settings and sign the BAA. I walk through exactly how in the HIPAA notes.
Which Jotform integrations are safe for PHI?
Not all of them. Google Sheets, Slack, and standard Zapier are not safe for PHI without additional safeguards. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Stripe can be configured safely. I published a detailed breakdown of each integration's PHI safety.
Do you offer HIPAA kits?
Yes. Therapy patient intake, telehealth pre-visit, insurance verification, and wellness PHI consent, all HIPAA-configured with the right settings, conditional logic, and integration safety. Available at /hipaa.
Which Jotform plan should I get?
Gold if you need HIPAA. Silver if you are running 3-5 active workflows without healthcare data. Bronze for a single focused workflow. Free for testing. I published a full pricing guide at /pricing.
Can I save money on Jotform?
Annual billing saves roughly 15%. My Jotform Partner link offers up to 50% off. Nonprofits and educational institutions get 50% off Bronze through Gold. Stack them where you can.
What happens if I exceed my submission limit?
Forms stop accepting submissions until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. You get a warning before it happens. No overage charges.
Can Jotform integrate with [tool]?
Probably. Jotform has 150+ native integrations and connects to 8,000+ tools via Zapier, Make, and Power Automate. If you do not see it in the native list, Zapier almost certainly covers it.
Does Jotform support approval workflows?
Yes. Jotform Workflows handles multi-step approvals, conditional routing, group approvals, and task assignments. It is included on all paid plans.
Can Jotform do e-signatures?
Yes. Jotform Sign is a full e-signature product built into the platform. Multiple signers, sequential signing, legally binding documents. It works as a standalone product or embedded in a form workflow.
