These terms cover your use of WorkflowKits - the website, the automation kits, consulting calls, and custom builds. By using the site or purchasing anything, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
WorkflowKits is run by Mustafa Burak Ilter (Buri), a solo consultant based in Rome, Italy.
Pre-built Jotform workflows you install in your own Jotform account. Each kit includes forms, conditional logic, email routing, and integrations ready to use.
The initial 20-minute call is free. Paid consulting is scoped on the call, and I give you a fixed quote before starting any work. Payment terms are agreed per engagement - typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Done-for-you Jotform workflows built in your account. Scope is defined upfront. You own everything that ends up in your Jotform account.
A kit is licensed, not sold. One license covers one Jotform account. You can use the kit in as many forms as you want within that account.
The kit design, logic, and structure belong to WorkflowKits. You get a license to use them. Once installed in your Jotform account, you can customize them however you want. Your customizations are yours.
All form submissions, user data, and content you collect through your Jotform account belong to you. I never access your Jotform account data unless you explicitly grant access for a custom build, and I disconnect when the work is done.
Kits and consulting are provided as-is. I build them carefully and test them thoroughly, but I cannot guarantee they will work for every possible setup or future Jotform update. My total liability to you for any claim related to WorkflowKits is limited to the amount you paid me.
That means if you bought a $49 kit, the most you can recover from me is $49. If you paid $750 for consulting, the cap is $750. This applies to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. I am based in Rome, Italy. If there is a dispute that cannot be resolved by email (which is how I prefer to handle things), Italian courts have jurisdiction.
Email hi@workflowautomationkits.com. I wrote these terms to be readable, but if something is unclear, I am happy to clarify.
