Any kit purchased from WorkflowKits comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason - it does not fit your workflow, you found a different solution, you changed your mind - I refund you in full.
I mean it. You do not need to explain why. Just email me that you want a refund and I process it. I may ask for feedback, but your answer is optional and has no bearing on the refund.
Custom builds and consulting do not have a fixed refund window because scope varies. Instead, satisfaction is discussed upfront on the call. If the delivered work does not match what we agreed on, I fix it or refund the relevant portion. This is hashed out before work starts, not after.
