If you sign up for the newsletter, I store your email address in Resend. That is the only thing I collect for the newsletter. No name, no company, no extras.
The contact form sends your name, email, and message to my Resend account. I use it to reply to you. Nothing else.
I use PostHog for analytics. PostHog is cookie-free. It uses localStorage for session tracking instead of cookies. I collect page views, referral sources, and device type. I do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.
To send you the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. No tricks, no "are you sure" loops.
To respond to your inquiry. That is it. I do not add contact form emails to the newsletter list.
To understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. I use this to improve content, not to profile individuals.

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else. No advertising networks. No data brokers. No third-party tracking beyond what is listed above.
Newsletter emails stay in Resend until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Contact form messages stay until you request deletion. Analytics data in PostHog has a retention window and expires automatically.
