Email address
If you sign up for the newsletter, I store your email address in Resend. That is the only thing I collect for the newsletter. No name, no company, no extras.
Contact form submissions
The contact form sends your name, email, and message to my Resend account. I use it to reply to you. Nothing else.
Analytics
I use PostHog for analytics. PostHog is cookie-free. It uses localStorage for session tracking instead of cookies. I collect page views, referral sources, and device type. I do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.
Newsletter
To send you the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. No tricks, no "are you sure" loops.
Contact form
To respond to your inquiry. That is it. I do not add contact form emails to the newsletter list.
Analytics
To understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. I use this to improve content, not to profile individuals.
Resend
Handles email delivery for the newsletter and contact form. Resend processes email addresses and message content on my behalf. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy.
PostHog
Handles analytics. Cookie-free, localStorage-based session tracking. Their privacy policy is at posthog.com/privacy.
Vercel
Hosts this website. Vercel processes HTTP requests and may log IP addresses temporarily for security. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
I do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else. No advertising networks. No data brokers. No third-party tracking beyond what is listed above.
How long I keep your data
Newsletter emails stay in Resend until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Contact form messages stay until you request deletion. Analytics data in PostHog has a retention window and expires automatically.
Your rights (GDPR and otherwise)
The data controller for this site is Mustafa Burak Ilter (Buri), based in Rome, Italy. Regardless of where you are, you can:
- Access: ask what data I hold about you
- Delete: ask me to erase your data
- Export: get a copy of your data in a readable format
- Object: tell me to stop processing your data

This site does not use cookies
No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No "accept cookies" banner because there is nothing to accept. PostHog uses localStorage for session identification, which is cookie-free. You can clear localStorage in your browser settings at any time.
