Are the tax receipts actually IRS-compliant?
The receipt template includes all required elements for IRS compliance: organization name and EIN, donation date and amount, statement of goods/services provided, and your organization's tax-exempt status. You should still have your accountant review the template for your specific situation.
Can donors set up recurring donations?
Yes. The donation form includes options for one-time, monthly, quarterly, and annual recurring donations. Donors receive a reminder email before each charge and can manage their subscription through a self-service link.
Does this integrate with our existing CRM?
The kit exports data in a CRM-friendly format and syncs to Google Sheets automatically. The Pro tier includes integration setup for popular nonprofit CRMs. The Done-For-You tier includes custom CRM integration for any platform.
Can we customize the donation amounts?
Yes. The form includes preset donation amounts (which you can change) plus a custom amount field. You can also set up campaign-specific forms with different amount options.
